Hi, I’m Korina. During the week I do marketing for a computer games company, while in my spare time I am an artist and generally a bit strange. This is my personal blog for gaming, photography, art, or what ever the hell I feel like writing about.
Crazy bug lady
Entomology has been something that I has interested me since childhood so expect to see a lot of musings on the topic. I keep a small collection of insects including African Land Snails, Leaf Bugs and Tarantulas, and I take part in insect conservation.
Gamer
I am a Mega Drive game collector (Pal releases only currently) and between myself and my partner own most consoles – old and new. My favourite games of all time are Fallout 3, Broken Sword: The Shadow of the Templars, Silent Hill 2 and Shining Force 2.
Body modification
I have an active interest in body modification, body art and burlesque performance, which does feature heavily in this blog. I add videos, photos and experience write-ups from time to time so keep an eye on the body modification tag for updates.
Arty-farty
I am an amateur photographer and my weapon of choice is a Canon 40D with a Sigma 100mm macro. I am also an hobby artist. Currently most of the work on this site is commissioned work featuring themes, locations and characters from videogames. More original pieces will be uploaded as I get them photographed and scanned.
